Welcome to the 2019/2020 14 & Under Registration! When filling out this Registration please include as much information as possible.

Try-out Fees:

Club Team: $85.00

Rising Starz Team: $50.00

Try-out Dates: November 4th & 5th

Try-out Time: 6:30-8:30 pm

Location: Pewee Valley Presbyterian Church

Try-out Requirements:

All girls must:

1. Register online at www.pioneervb.com for membership. Make sure to choose UNDECIDED as your club affliliation
2. Bring a completed Medical Release Form from www.kentuckystarz.com
3. Bring a copy of the player's birth certificate and insurance card.
